  • We offer various two bedroom two bathroom with the floor plans being The Willow, The Beechwood, The Mahagony, and The Sycamore 

  • Rent covers your apartment home. Additional fees like trash, parking, and pet rent are billed separately.

  • Electric, Gas, and Internet are all billed separately through the providers. Water/Sewer/Stormwater is added on top of their rent and paid directly with the monthly rent amount

  • Security deposit is required with either being $300 or a full months base rent 

  • New lease terms are 6-15 months wile renewal options are 1 Month to 15 month options

  • 3x the monthly rental amount for income 

    No recent evictions, foreclosures, bankruptcies 

    No outstanding balances to utility companies or previous rental properties 

  • Yes, $100,000 personal liability with interested party needing to be “Blendon Woods, PO BOX 12367, Columbus OH 43212”

  • All applications are done online and can be given a direct quote through the system if easier. The application fee is $75 per person over the age of 18 with a $225 administrative fee.

    They will call the on-call maintenance with calling the office number and clicking prompt 3 directly to the on-call tech 

  • Making sure to have a lease sign with move in costs already paid or paid at time of picking up keys. They will need to make sure electric and gas are turned in their name. Send in any third party insurance so they do not get charged for our automatic insurance

  • 60 Day notice is required by written documentation within the resident portal or email into the property 

  • Residents can pay through their online portal or set up with FLEX which is a program that we partner with splitting up rent into 2 payments based on the residents credit score.  

    To access the portal you can go to our website, scroll to the bottom and click resident login. At time of applying they will use the same credentials to log into the portal. The site team can initialize portal access if necessary
